Blackpoint will be acquiring and or developing a number of self storage facilities throughout British Columbia and Alberta over the next 5 years. Blackpoint is excited about the value and diversity self storage will add to its income properties portfolio. Blackpoint has commited to acquiring existing facilities throughout BC and Alberta located in core and secondary markets with a minimum population of 20,000. Any new facilities being developed will be in core markets, designed with state of the art security, video surveillance, gated access and friendly staff. Our facilities will offer businesses mail boxes and other related services that will compliment the storage needs of small and medium size companies.
